The Consultancy’s principal, Philip Williams, has wide experience in Human Resource Development gained through employment in specialist HR Practitioner and Management roles in Manufacturing over a number of years. As a consultant and trainer, he provides both strategic and operational advice and support to clients in dealing with human resource issues, and in the design and delivery of training.

 

Services have been provided to both large organisations and to small and medium sized enterprises in the public and private sectors, including manufacturing, food, passenger transport, local government and education. Philip is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

 

 

Gail Brown is an experienced and qualified management consultant and trainer with over 10 years experience as an executive coach. She specialises in leadership development and people performance. One of her areas of expertise is advising organisations how to improve their profitability by developing a performance culture.

 

 

She has worked extensively in both the public and private sector including clients from central and local government departments and agencies, NHS Trusts, telecommunications, hospitality and manufacturing companies. Gail is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Management Consultants.
